Working from her Texas studio, Julie Ancy creates one-of-a-kind fused glass pieces that explore the interplay of color, pattern, and light. Each work is built layer by layer — hand-cut glass rods, dichroic elements, and carefully composed color fields are fused at over 1,400 degrees to create pieces that shift and glow as the light around them changes.
